紹介というか、個人的メモです（笑）4階の案内板の内容を転載しておきます。

注意(caution)
喫煙所は6：00〜24：00の間、利用できます。時間外は利用できません。
This smoking area is only available from 6:00 to 0:00.
行き方
１ーまず、発券所・待合室にあるエスカレーターを降りて3階へ行きます。
First, go down to the 3rd floor with the escalator in the room with the waiting room.
２ー降りた先、左前方のエスカレーターで2階へ降りる。
After getting off, go down to the second floor with the escalator on the left front.
３ー降りると甲州街道前に到着。
When you get off, you will arrive in front of Koshu Street.
４ー降りた先の右手のエスカレーターで1階高架下へ降ります。
Get off the first floor under the overpass on the right escalator.
５ー左手に喫煙所があります。
There is a smoking area on the left.
注意
この喫煙所は午前6時から午後12時の間しか利用できません。
This smoking area is only available from 6:00 to 0:00.
